At the bottom of the page describing your order (in the "My Account" section), you will find the tunes that you have selected. Click on a title to download it.

Another method is available, by clicking with the right button of the mouse on the alternate download link and select "save as..." or "download..." in the menu that appears.

You cannot reuse the address of the MP3 file: it disappears at the end of the transfer.

Please make sure that you have clicked on the link included in the e-mail that was sent to you when you have created your account. We do this check to avoid errors in e-mail addresses: your account will not be accessible until you click on this link to activate it.

You just need to enter your e-mail address on this page, and a new password will be sent to you.

If your MP3 teddy bear switches on by itself when you touch it or when it receives a small bump, it is probably because you have activated the automatic wake-up on crying baby...

To deactivate it and tune your MP3 teddy bear, you can use the Baby Bidou Widget and untick the box "Enable noise monitoring".
