Terms and conditions of this special subscription offer

Offer valid until the 28/2/2010 in Metropolitan France only. Gifts are reserved to new subscribers and are shipped at latest 6 weeks after your payment reception. In case of product shortage, we will propose you an equivalent or better gift. For other geographical zones, shipping fees will apply to receive your gift.

Payment of the subscription is done once for the year, except explicitly notified otherwise. In case of termination of the subscription, you will be refunded of the remaining monthly payments, once deducted the value of the gift, computed with its current price on Baby Bidou's Web site. Any month started will be due in full, and the corresponding downloads remain available to you.

The choice of albums will be done from the selection that is proposed monthly by Baby Bidou, or from the two previous monthly selections. The total number of albums' downloads possible in the scope of the subscription is equal to the number of months subscribed, multiplied by 1 (simple subscription) or 2 (premium subscription). These downloads choices can be done every month, but it is also possible to delay a choice: the number of downloads not performed remains available until the end of the subscription, and the choice will be done from the selection at that time. Downloads not performed can be done up to 3 months after the end of the subscription. They cannot lead to reimbursement.
